Prisoners, under the supervision of road corrections offers, provide manual labor for these departments, as well as for the farming, hydroponics, and aquaculture programs associated with the jail. The Road Prison is a work camp, which provides labor to various county-level organizations, including: the Road Department, Solid Waste, Parks and Recreation, the Animal Shelter, and Facilities Maintenance.
